I love being outside, but the only downside of working out in the park everyday, is that you have a limited amount of exercises and are at the will of mother nature.

Most Crossfit workouts progress too quickly and leave clients in pain or injured.
What about the local health club?
Health clubs and gyms haven’t changed their programs for 20 years. They have the same equipment, same cardio and are uninspiring, in my opinion.
I worked in clubs for years and got bored. There are so many other options out there, so many fun workouts, and challenging ways to get your body moving…isn’t it time for something new?
