Kylee grew up in Oklahoma City, playing tons of sports and participating in Iron Kids Triathlons. She’s always been very active. After taking a job with Pacific Sports and becoming very busy, her health and active lifestyle took a back seat. As the marketing director for Pacific Sports, which organizes races and events around the country, she obviously has a lot of responsibilities and long hours at the office. Innovative Results reignited the competitive spark and is proud to have Kylee as part of our family.

Ex College Athlete, Shaun Baker, Uses Innovative Results to Rediscover his Competitive Side
Shaun Baker is a former collegiate football player. He played middle linebacker at both Saginaw Valley State and Northern Arizona University. He needed size and bulk to perform at his peak performance levels while playing football.
Now that he has graduated his fitness goals have changed, instead of gaining size and bulk he is now training to become leaner while still improving on overall power. Shaun has changed his eating habits and is seeing great results, he is down 6% body fat and still going. He trains hard to stay focused to help him keep his edge with work and in everyday life.

Ever notice that people can become highly motivated when it’s for the right reasons? I’ll give you a great example, my client Alica is training not only to run a full marathon for the first time but she is training to look absolutely amazing for the biggest day of her life. Her wedding.
She is getting married later this month and is training so that she can look and feel great! She heard of us through The Knot and decided to find out what the hype was all about. She was not disappointed, she now comes back twice a week for the fun and ever changing workouts that Innovative Results provides.

Getting in Shape – Busy Schedules Aren’t an Excuse
Most people have great intentions about working out, eating healthier and living a balanced life.
So where do they go wrong?
Mary is a married, working mom, with two kids. Her youngest daughter is 6 and her boy is nine. Both kids are involved with athletics, her husband travels and she works part time as a real estate agent.
Now that the kids are both in school, she has decided to get back in the gym, lose some weight and create some better habits in her life. She joined a local gym, hired a personal trainer and is excited about changing her ways.
Sound familiar?
Most of us lead busy lives, juggling work, family and other commitments. Unfortunately, its usually our health that takes a back seat to our other responsibilities, but that doesn’t need to be the case.
After 6 weeks, Mary was making some progress, but was still struggling with her eating, missing workouts and a little frustrated with her progress. Her work had slowed down, her kids started soccer and she was being stressed out and felt like there wasn’t enough time to get everything done. From the moment she woke up, until bed time, she was on the go, reacting to every phone call, email and text message that came her way.
How can she make time for the gym?

Mary’s situation is nothing new. The difference between successful people and the average person is taking the time to plan effectively. Mary’s hectic schedule is just an excuse for missing the gym and living with the same unhealthy habits she’s always had. Instead of proactively planning her meals, her workouts, work schedule, meetings and kids’ activities, she is just reacting to them last minute.
After about 3 months, Mary was exhausted and needed to change her ways. The stress was affecting every aspect of her life and she was not the same person.
She decided to sit down and plan out her week more effectively.
1. Decided to shop for their food every Monday
2. Cooked several meals ahead of time, instead of reacting last minute, when she and the kids were hungry.
3. Scheduled workout time at the beginning of the day,
4. Scheduled work time everyday
5. She did phone calls in the car
6. Checked her email only 2 times per day at 10 am and 4pm.
7. She created a car pool plan with other parents, so she didn’t have to drive thee kids around everyday to practice.
Mary’s life was still busy, but sitting down and planning out her week helped her relax, be more productive, much more successful at work and in the gym. Since changing her ways and navigating through her week, she is losing weight, eating healthier and her family is benefiting from it too!
Mike LaRue – Confident, Strong and Healthier Than Ever
I have always been a pretty confident guy, but there is just something different when you know you’re in shape and feeling healthy.
Working out with Innovative Results has been a huge influence in my life over the last 10 months. There have been many humbling occurrences over the last year and a half that really should have driven me insane. However, Innovative Results has pushed me physically and mentally, which in turn has strengthened my overall mental attitude not only towards my career, but life in general. I have never been stronger, leaner, or in better shape, and I played baseball all the way through college.
Whats different than your previous training?
Prior to training with Corey, I never really had a “plan”. Every time I would work out, everyday was the same…biceps, back, and shoulders one day… and then triceps and chest the other day. I never did legs. With Corey, everyday is different; I have been getting better results from using all muscles groups and mixing it up. Focusing a lot on core and legs, I have noticed my overall strength increasing more than I ever have. The other aspect of training I never really focused on is diet. I know I should be motivated by myself to eat right, but I find it very difficult. Not only having someone there to keep me accountable, but also giving me guidance has been a huge impact in my change.
You’ve worked out in the past…why do you workout with IR?
I have always tried to work out in the past on a consistent basis, but unfortunately I got into ruts where I would take weeks off at at time. I would work out for 2 months consistently, but the would then take a few months off of going to the gym on a regular basis. I would always wind up staring over again many time….never progressing. Having Corey in my corner pushing me to become better, and educating me diet and healthy living in general is awesome.
You’re in pretty good shape, why do you still come in?
I am in pretty good shape, but it has to maintained. As I get older, it seems harder and harder to stay in shape. You can’t just work out and stop, work out and stop….there would never be any progress. Another big thing is I still play baseball and still find ways to stain muscles. Typically in the past, I would just let it take its course until the season ended. With Corey, it seems like he knows everything about things hurting. Whether it is a sore knee or elbow, there always seems to be a cure that doesn’t involve going to a doctor.
Results to date:
legs-they have never been this big, and the strength in my legs give me the ability to increase my overall stamina.
shoulders and biceps-they have also never been this big or strong….and the funny thing is we do not do a lot of weight training. This definitely prevents a lot of injuries that one might get (and I have) with free weights.
sleep: I do not think I have ever slept as well as I have over the last year in my whole life.
aches and pains: I still have them, but that is inevitable….however, there is a reason for everything and Corey winds up fixing everything. I should start calling him Dr Beasley
nutritional: I feel healthy, and when I mess up, I know it….and I can now usually pin point what causes what.
mental: I have always been a pretty confident guy, but there is just something different when you know you’re in shape and feeling healthy. This transcends to my overall outlook on life, whether personal or in business.

Lost 4.2 Pounds in 1 Month
Consistency has landed Jessica in the #1 spot after tallying votes from both the Innovative Results Team, and clients! Since April 5th, Jess has been attending 6:00AM workouts 5 days per week, and diligently keeping a daily food log. As of May 5th her efforts have paid off, losing 4.2lbs and shedding 1.5 inches from her waist line! In only one month!!

I started training with Innovative Results trainer, Aaron Guyett in 2006. Realizing 18-year-old bodies fade with age, and body maintenance was in order to keep jean sizes down, I knew some healthy changes were needed.
Six months after beginning my program, I had to stop. I attempted to maintain what I had learned from Aaron but quickly lost motivation, and workouts became infrequent and lackadaisical. Needing to be held accountable and shown motivational guidance, I returned to Innovative Results full-force in February 2009.
Like many of us, I needed someone to hold me accountable and sought out motivators to stay active in and out of the gym without becoming bored. Creativity and accountability were no longer obstacles. Everyday I am faced with a new workout set to challenge every muscle, removing any opportunity to meander aimlessly around the gym as I did before.
My energy increased and I could feel my body getting stronger, but it was time to conquer my weight loss goal. Starting April 5th, my trainer required me to send a daily food log. If I forgot to report my daily food intake, he would have a special exercise waiting for me the next time I came into the gym. This motivated me to consistently track my calories, and I even began to add in my own workouts to make up for any weekend splurges. I began to hold myself accountable, and by making the extra efforts I started to see the benefits immediately!
Support from the Innovative Results Team, and other clients have helped me develop a daily routine for both diet and workouts. I now work out 5-6 times a week, battling the early morning hours we all dread, hoping to motivate those around me and continue to build incredible client success stories.

Former Model Snaps Back Into Shape
I was a model model for the last 7 years.
When I retired about a year ago, I discovered a new interest in none other than “food”. I had never been able to enjoy it before. I developed quite a passion for cooking gourmet meals and hosting large parties. In a matter of a few months I gained about 10 lbs, which was a lot on my small frame.
I was not happy with my body.
I may not be modeling anymore, but my image is still very important to me.
I have made so many positive changes I don’t know where to start! As soon as I started working out I also changed my diet. Now that I knew how to cook, I changed a lot of the foods to healthier options, with the help of my trainer, Keri. I still get to cook, but I am making smarter, healthier choices, and I found ways to do it so that I didn’t have to give up flavor!
It also wasn’t long before I noticed how the training was helping me in other areas of my life. Sports like, skiing, diving, biking, horseback riding, shopping 🙂 all became easier, and I could participate for longer. I had the endurance to go all day!
I have lost all the weight, and then some! I have been able to maintain it.
I’ve lost 8 inches on my waist and hips and have dropped 10 lbs!
The only bummer is that I had to go buy new clothes, because all mine were too big now! I have more energy. I have never felt so strong or empowered! I even have been getting offers to get back in front of the camera. I think I look better now then before, and can’t wait to make a comeback! 😉
