Reducing stress and blocking out the negative by replacing them with positive thoughts paired with appreciation of life may seem like a daunting task but it’s all in your head. Psychologically the brain can be manipulated by negative thoughts but just reading this article gives everyone hope of seeing the positives and running with it.
