3 Ways to Use Coconut Oil
Coconut oil – It smells good. It tastes good. And it’s even good for you, inside and out!
It isn’t only delicious and good to eat. It also a great product to use on the outside of your body as well!
Below are 3 different ways to use Coconut Oil to make your body healthier!
1. Eat it! Coconut oil has a ton of health benefits when it is consumed. You can use it to cook at a high heat, since it has a high smoke point. It is great for baking, every day cooking or can be eaten in a smoothie or tea for a boost of healthy fats.
If you are sick adding coconut oil to your tea, can also help alleviate cold and flu symptoms and ease a sore throat.
Consuming coconut oil can help heal and prevent illness and lower your cholesterol to prevent future disease. It can also even help alleviate allergy symptoms!
2. Rub it on your skin (and hair)!
Coconut oil can help alleviate and prevent many skin and hair problems.

Or a great bug repellent can be made by mixing coconut oil with a mint essential oil.
To prevent burning, you can apply the coconut oil directly to your skin. Or you can make a natural homemade sunscreen if you need a bit more protection than the coconut oil offers.

3. Swish it around your mouth.
Coconut oil is great for the health of your teeth and gums as well.
You can use it to whiten your teeth. Use it alone or mix it with baking soda.
