2. Record daily food and water intake on the myfitnesspal app. If you have a weight related goal, please make sure you record your starting weight, and take a before picture.
3. Take advantage of IR’s knowledgeable Training Team. Each coach is here and rooting for your success, so please ask questions and discuss your fitness goals with us. And for the times the IR Team cannot be with you during the course of the day…
