Pull ups are arguably one of the best upper body exercises that you can do, but most people lack the strength to do one properly.
At Innovative Results we use the Jungle Gym XLT to allow people to do pull ups, without having to pull their entire body weight.
Over time, their arms and back get stronger and we can progress towards a good, solid pull up.
This is just one example of our progressions, but there are literally tons of options that we use to help people develop the proper strength and technique.
Crawling is an absolutely incredible way to develop strength and coordination in the core muscles, upper back, shoulders and arms.
Since most of us spend our days at the computer, its important to develop strength in these areas.
Most people complain about sore backs, necks and shoulders and this is a safe, effective way to build the foundational strength to counter all of our sitting.

3. Plank Battle Ropes Exercises with Waves
Innovative Results has been using the battle ropes exercises for over five years.
Aaron Guyett is even the Onnit Master Coach for Battle Ropes.
Innovative Results was also the first gym to have all of their coaches Level 1 and Level 2 Certified with the Brookfield Training Systems for Battling Ropes.
Lots of gyms and boot camps use battle ropes, but fail to offer the variety the we can.
Just like any piece of equipment, the battling ropes can be used in a variety of ways and the plank waves are one of our favorites.
This exercise challenges your shoulder stability, core stability and cardiovascular system like no other.
A great intermediate move for anyone looking to tighten up and get in shape.
