How long until I see results?
Immediately, if you are following the nutrition plan for your body type and goals, while exercising one hour vigorously three or more times per week. You should see body fat loss within three weeks. You will probably see change right away, but it may take as long as three weeks.
How often should I weigh myself?
You should be weighing yourself once a week, on the same day, at the same time, and with the same routine leading up to it.
You will be looking for trends every three weeks.
Weight is just a number, it doesn’t determine if you look or feel better. You will also want to feel how your clothes fit you.
What if I want to eat out?
Ensure you follow the steps for eating out.
How much will this cost?
Although the cost is inexpensive–Only $17; it is worth a savings of $300 or more and it will save you 5 to 20 hours every week, depending on your current habits.
Do I need to track my nutrition?
If you are following the done-for-you meal plans, and only drinking water, coffee, and/or green tea, you do not need to track your nutrition. However, I do believe it is a great habit for long term results.
Be sure to measure your food when you prepare it every week.
How do I measure the food that I eat, and the fluids that I drink?
Personally, I use measuring cups and spoons. I think weighing each item takes too long. It is important to measure it after you have cooked it though. (dry rice weighs less and takes up less space than wet rice).
What are the best containers to put my food in?
Glass or porcelain containers are the best.
What kind of bag do I put my food containers into when I am traveling, working, or just playing in the outdoors?
I suggest a thermal type bag, but a grocery sack works just fine if you need something now. A little ice pack goes a long way
