What do you think of when I say “Sugar”?
Most people these days live on sugar. It is the most abused drug in America and causes more obesity and disease than just about any factor in our lives.
So, how do we fix this addiction?
Should we use ‘sugar free’, artificial sweeteners to fix our sweet tooth? Are diet sodas and sugar free candies the answer?

Get a sugar fix without the sugar
Healthy eating is the foundation of fitness and health. Remember to stick with the basics and eat more naturally occurring foods. Also realize that learning to eat better is a process, so don’t expect to be perfect from the start. Just start by being conscious of your decisions and start making improved food choices each week. You will develop new habits that will lead to a healthier you!
