Welcome to Thanksgiving Week Everybody!
The IR Team could not be more thankful for our friends and family, each of our followers and every single past and present client!
As the Holidays bring many friends and family members home to visit, IR wanted to do something very special this weekend as an appreciation to you, and the Costa Mesa community.
After feasting on all the amazingly yummy, home-cooked goodies this week, and the food-coma naps we will be taking with a joyous smile on our faces IR welcomes you and your family members to come in and work off some of that flavorful goodness!
Friends and family are welcome all week at Innovative Results, especially this Saturday!
Most of you are aware that Innovative Results hosts a Boot Camp for Charity every Saturday morning at 10am. For the past 2 years it has been a 1 hour workout that requested a $10 donation with all proceeds going to a charity that assisted both locally and globally in the fight against children stricken by poverty. This weekend IR is going to change it up!
On Saturday, November 30th, IR is going to make the donation for YOU!
That’s right, Innovative Results is going give you an incredible FREE workout AND to show our thanks, IR is going to donate $10 for each local attendee.
The more people that show, the more $$ IR donates to the charity of your choice below –
Share Your English – Tutoring program set up to work one-on-one with students to help practice/improve their English.
The Street Team – Led by IR client Jeff Costa, The Street Team works to equip people as they develop positive habits that will help them “walk” through their everyday life.
Impacting Schools – After school mentoring program for “at-risk” students.
Acts of Kindness – Every other month, Acts of Kindness reaches out to the community by helping someone in need.
Check-in Center – Location where homeless people can “check-in” their belongings for the day which then allows for them to travel, attend interviews or appointments.
Life on the Streets (LOTS) – Provides showers, laundry, mending and support for Costa Mesa individuals experiencing homelessness.
Feed the Hungry – FREE food program for seniors, singles, and low-income families for the cities of Newport Beach and Costa Mesa. Held on the second Saturday of each month. (Est 1988)

May your stuffing be tasty
May your turkey plump,
May your potatoes and gravy have nary a lump.
May your yams be delicious
and your pies take the prize,
and may your Thanksgiving dinner stay off your thighs!
