8 corn tortillas quartered
1 can of refried black beans (trader joes has a really great one with simple ingredients)
1 cup of corn
1/2 cup roasted salsa
1 tbl hot sauce
Cilantro to garnish
Heat oven at 350. Grease pan and tortilla triangles with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt. Place in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the edges of the tortillas begin to brown, and they become crispy.
Mix hot sauce with beans and spoon out about 1 1/2 teaspoons worth of black beans on each chip. Then top with corn. Place back into the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and add salsa and avocado. Garnish with cilantro.
