Today’s challenges involve the pulling muscles (back and biceps). We are going to perform two challenges with the first being pull ups and the second being cable rows. There are a couple variables available, if you are unable to perform a pull up. If pull ups are not in your box of tricks, then you can perform the lat pull down instead. See video for details.
