Today’s challenge involves walking or running on a 10 degree incline for as long as you can.
The goal today is to push yourself and test your endurance and mental strength.
There are three options for today’s challenge:
1. Walk 3.5mph on a 10 degree incline (no holding the rails!) for as long as you can.
2. Jog at 5.5mph on a 10 degree incline for as long as possible.
3. Run at 7.5mph on a 10 degree incline for as long as you can stand it.
Warm up for at least 15 minutes prior to doing this challenge!
Please remember, that this is being done on a relatively steep incline, so start slow. The goal of these activities is to accomplish your goals, not run yourself into the ground :). So, have fun, be safe and we look forward to hearing about your results!
PS… be sure and post your results here on the blog!
Lets encourage each other and help everyone look and feel amazing this year!
**Disclaimer: Please consult a physician before starting or performing any of these challenges. These challenges require a foundation of strength and stamina, so please start slowly and work your way into these activities. If you have any injuries that may impair running, please do not participate in this challenge.
