It’s Friday and we have two challenges for you today!
1. 1 mile run. Just like the 400m test earlier this week, you can do this outside, on a track or on a treadmill. It’s up to you. If you are not a runner or its been quite a while, be safe, take your time and don’t go too hard. The goal here is to improve yourself and your performance. Record breaking times can come down the road. 🙂
2. Cable twist. Using a cable machine (see video), maintain upright posture, knees bent, arms straight and twist for 1 minute. This is a timed challenge and your goal is to perform as many repetitions as possible. Move under control and maintain good form throughout.
