April 21, 2014 by ptpt Leave a Comment

marine recruits

In March 2014, Innovative Results welcomed 20+ USMC Poolees from Santa Ana to prep for their upcoming physical tests prior to heading off to boot camp.

Today, 22 year old Cristobal Pacheco is headed off to USMC Boot Camp!

Cris has showed an immense amount of dedication to his training, and the IR Team is so excited for him and the next chapter of his life.

“Sergeant Guyett good morning sir! I’m leaving on Monday to boot camp, just wanted to text you and tell you thank you for everything you have done for me in the last month and the opportunity to get better. Last Friday I did the max pull ups they would allow at 10, idk why they just made us do ten, but regardless I felt strong enough to at least get 16, my run time was better by 15 seconds at 9:50 and I had 105 sit ups! Those are all best ever scores! I give all the credit to Innovative Results for giving me the extra edge in my performance game! I hope we can still keep in touch once I become a Marine sir! Thank you and God Bless Sergeant!”

– Cris Pacheco

Congratulations Cris & Good Luck at Boot Camp!!

Reasons IR’s Boot Camp for Charity Supports GO Ministries – Part 2

December 10, 2013 by ptpt Leave a Comment

The stories keep coming!
Thank you all for sharing your incredible experiences and for supporting an amazing cause.

GO Uganda

A change in perspective……..Keri Moore

In 2004 my husband and I sponsored a young orphan girl from Uganda, 9 years old, through Compassion International & The Crossing church. Uganda was the most unimaginable place in the world to me; dark, unexplored, AIDS infested. But we could do one small thing for a child, a stranger. We laughingly joked that God probably was going to tell us to go there but I knew I NEVER would!!!!

In 2005 the church put together a trip to Uganda to visit our sponsored children. When I heard about it I felt sick in the pit of my stomach. I just knew God was going to take me there and I was so scared! Was pretty sure I’d contract AIDS and die or get kidnapped & raped by a group of roaming bad people and every other horrible scenario possible. I also felt that the level of fear I had was in direct proportion to my need to go, to trust God at that same level.
We went….I not only survived but found myself utterly spiritually freed and open to all of the world. I began to get a sense of the world as God saw it; His children, His creation.

One day I was walking down a dirt road, people in front of me and people behind me but completely alone in my space. Everything around me seemed surreal, like my body was there but my spirit felt different, lighter, detached, not really inside me. I got a sudden and overwhelming feeling of complete emptiness. Not the “I’m-so-alone” emptiness but an emptiness like the me I’d known was gone. I wasn’t processing the moment through my own senses, my body felt like a shell, light and thin, and my brain said one thing; “this is who God made me to be and where I am supposed to be”. Even though I was experiencing a loss of myself I was simultaneously experiencing a sense of myself as He made me! No history, no judgments, no over-analyzing, no fear, no worry or concern or even thought of the next moment, just a sense of complete purity. It was the strangest, most beautiful, most inspiring thing that’s ever happened to me. It has never happened again but I KNOW I understood something deeply personal from God in that moment. I also realized that I had to tell people, encourage them, help them somehow get an experience for themselves. My mission became to help others find a connection to God through going into the world. Not my experience but one deeply personal for them.

He is waiting for us to seek Him.

Reasons IR Boot Camp for Charity Supports GO Ministries – Part 1

December 5, 2013 by ptpt 1 Comment

If you have followed Innovative Results and learned of the Saturday Charity Boot Camps it is time to get a look at the bigger picture.

There are many incredible charities working on the global and local level, so why has Innovative Results chosen to support The Crossing Church’s GO Ministries & Compassion International?

For one, Innovative Results proudly resides in Costa Mesa and many of our members make up active parts of local organizations, many of which branch from The Crossing Church.  As our dedicated clients support us, IR finds it extremely important to support our members and give back to the City of Costa Mesa.

Secondly, Innovative Results gets to experience stories like this one below, and understand just how amazing our members are and just how much impact that IR’s One Hour Boot Camp for Charity can have.

I have the honors of serving on The GO Ministry for India, Child Sponsorship Team  at The Crossing Church. I have so many great experiences from my first trip to India but the one that has marked me the most is a very simple story. One particular morning, I woke up to the sound of ringing bells coming from the floor below where all 30 orphaned boys and girls resided. I had already heard about this incredible routine these children had every single morning. I was curious and wanted to see for myself. When I went down, all of the children were already out of their beds either folding their blankets and placing them neatly at the end of their bunks, in line waiting to get toothpaste on their toothbrushes or taking  quick body baths with a wet cloth. I was so impressed by the discipline and no complaining. Many of them looked at me with sweet smiles even though you could tell they were still sleepy. But the one thing that caught my attention was when I was standing behind a young boy that was sitting on his bunk. At this orphanage, every child is given a metal chest box so they can place everything they own in it. Well, this particular boy had taken a letter from his metal box and carefully opened up the envelope as if it was made of gold. Then he pulled out a picture of an american family. He just sat there for about a minute starring at his new family. He then pulled out another letter and read the loving words that were written just for him. I had this feeling he did this every morning. Ever since then, my family and I have made it a discipline to send photos and loving words of encouragement to all 4 of our Indian children. I believe in my heart that not only does sponsoring make a difference in a child’s life but something as simple as writing words of life to a child lets them know they are very LOVED and very SPECIAL!

Innovative Results and Compassion International Child Survival Program Team Up!

June 21, 2012 by ptpt 2 Comments

The Innovative Results Family steps up on a Global Level!

Helping Babies Survive

It’s a fact: Every day 21,000 children under the age of 5 die due to preventable causes. Yes, I said preventable. These children lose their lives due to the lack of things like clean water, malaria nets, or anti-retro viral drugs: which are available to those who need them in developed countries.

Innovative Results has decided to take a stand against the needless loss of precious lives by partnering with The Crossing Church in Costa Mesa and Compassion International to raise money that will go directly to these needs. Last Saturday, I had the privilege of experiencing this firsthand. About 25 people showed up at 10am and paid their $10 (of which 100% went towards a specific Child Survival Program in Uganda) to get a solid “boot camp” workout. Because of the assistance they receive in Compassion’s Child Survival Program enrolled children have the same survival rate as children in the US.  “Sweating for 2 causes at once–to get in shape and help change a child’s life” is exactly what was going on. And the workout part was actually fun. Corey Beasley did a great job leading us in exercises that weren’t what you’d expect. At the end of our time together, I read a story of thankfulness from one of the moms who is a beneficiary of this project. She wanted everyone who contributed to the program to know that their efforts have helped save her child’s life. Physical fitness is important, but this takes working out to another level.

Much thanks to Innovative Results for all you’re doing for these moms and babies in Uganda and all over the world. I know more and more people will come out on Saturdays at 10am to be part of this amazing cause. You are truly making a difference!

How Did Chris Get That Six Pack?

January 31, 2010 by ptpt 1 Comment

How many hours are you on the computer?

I live in Irvine and met Corey Beasley, owner of Innovative Results, at a business networking event. Coincidentally we lived in the same neighborhood.

I am a graphic designer and typically spend 6-12 hours per day in front of the computer. I had just finished up a 3 month boot camp that got me in cardio shape, but now I wanted to build muscle because I was just cast in a musical called the “Full Monty” .  If you know the story, you’d realize that I would be spending much of my time in a pair of boxers. That alone is a pretty good motivation to get the the gym, but I only had 3 months to develop a show stopping physique! Corey and I were up to the challenge!

In addition to pushing me 5 days a week in the gym, Corey also instructed me on how to eat properly for my specific goals and monitored my diet.  For the first time in my life I didn’t resist going to the gym, in fact, it became the highlight of my day, 5 days a week! When you put in that type of effort, the diet comes naturally because you want to do everything you can to support your hard work and achieve the results

3 months later, by the time the show opened, I was looking better than ever had and the audience response was most flattering.  I added close to 15 pounds of new muscle and developed a killer, attention getting six pack. This was not only good for my show, but also helped by the pool all summer long.

It has been a year now and i continue to train 5 days a week and I continue to achieve goals and enjoy the process!  I can’t wait to see what happens this year!
Do you want a six pack?
If so, give us a call.
We can make it happen!
