You wake up excited for the big game on Saturday.
You have been practicing all week, and you even do extra work on your own.
You show up to beautiful field, smelling the cut grass, and newly painted lines.
Your coach runs through all of the plays, and the star player leads the warm-up.
You are excited, and then the coach tells you to “sit this one out.”
There is hardly anything that is more heart-breaking than not being included in something, especially if you are working hard to be a part of that thing.
“Inclusion is our need for belonging, feeling a part of, and being together with others.”[1] Without inclusion, we feel lonely, isolated, uncared for, and outcast.
At Innovative Results, we do everything in our power to include everyone on a daily basis.
We love inclusion, and we know the power of inclusion can create empowerment, transformation, and an improved quality of life.
