Here are 5 tips to making better food choices:
- Be conscious of what you eat
- Go Grocery shopping
- Keep good food available at home and at work
- Don’t allow yourself to get really hungry
- Stop drinking soda and drink plenty of clean water
There is not a magic diet.
Healthy eating comes from making better choices everyday. Shoot for improving each week and you will be happy with the body you create over the next few months.
