Why did you start training with Innovative Results?
My friend, Chris was posting on Facebook his workouts at this place called Innovative Workouts.
I was motivated by the workouts.
What have you improved since you started training with Innovative Results?
My overall conditioning, endurance and strength.
My overall mindset in how I approach each day.
What kept you coming back to Innovative Results?
At Innovative Results, working out with those that are there for the same reason no matter at what level, kept me in check.
The coaching staff not only pushes but motivates in such a positive way that makes me want to make each session better then the last.
How has Innovative Results improved the other areas of your life (i.e. work, relationships, finances, education)?
Attending the Innovative Results sessions in the morning has improved my overall work day – starts my day with a clear head.
I actively participate in outrigger paddling and my overall performance has improved in regards to my strength and endurance – by applying what I’ve learned at Innovative Results regarding my body mechanics carries over into my paddling.
I’ve done Ragnar races and Tough Mudders with friends, and I am amazed at myself that their is no limitations.
What advice do you have for someone who is just getting started with Innovative Results?
Don’t quit..keep pushing yourself..make each workout better then the last one!!!
Why do you stay committed to your improvement in and out of the gym?
The IR coaches keep pushing me both physically and mentally.
