It’s been a little bit over a week now since my first IR session and I already feel stronger, more motivated, and like I am part of the IR family. Nobody is better than anyone else, and we all root for each other. I don’t show up just to work hard and sweat; I get to learn about my body and understand WHY I am working out and HOW it will help not just my strength and conditioning, but also my posture, core, and mobility. All of the trainers are extremely knowledgeable, and make form corrections and adjustments to ensure you don’t get injured. It’s like nothing I’ve ever done before, but I’m hooked!

Gym is amamzing having coaches always greeting and helping you out. Very caring about what your goal is. Doesn’t matter if is getting shape, faster, stronger, or even just to get your confidence up. This gym is the place to be at.
Being apart of the IR Team for only three months and I am very pleased with this establishment. The staff is very accommodating, knowledgable and designs the workouts to your goals. My energy levels are raised and sleep patterns are closer to the norm. Very excited to continue my health aspirations with this club.
