Is your New Year’s resolution to lose weight? Get six-pack abs?
Are you frustrated that this has been your resolution the last couple of years but you just haven’t been able to get there?
Sick of starving yourself for days to lose a measly pound only to get so hungry you binge eat later?
THEN STOP!
Most people think that if they just cut out a ton of calories, they will lose weight.
But weight loss doesn’t work that way!
If you cut out too many calories, you can actually stall your weight loss and slow down your metabolism.
You may be starving yourself and not getting anywhere!
Who wants to be miserable and not get results!?!
NOT ME!
So stop starving yourself! Try to only cut your daily calorie intake by about 500 calories and NO MORE.
But even more important than cutting your calories is making sure that the type of calories you are eating are clean and healthy.
Eating the RIGHT calories is ESSENTIAL if you want to lose fat and look better.
Eating 200 calories worth of M&Ms isn’t the same things as eating 200 calories worth of meat, fruits and veggies.
Sorry but all calories AREN’T created equal.
So make these two simple changes this year and DON’T STARVE YOURSELF!
- Try not to cut more than 500 calories on average out of your each day
- Cut out processed foods in favor of whole, natural foods
Simple, right?
