Preheat oven at 350
1/2 c whole wheat flour
1/2 c rolled oats
1 c unsweetened applesauce
1/2 c unsweetened coconut
3/4 c date honey
1/2 c chopped pecans
1/2 c chopped dates
Mix all ingredients together. If the batter is too dry add more applesauce.
(Suggested additions: chia seeds, flax seeds, 1/2 mashed banana)
Grease 8×8 pan with coconut oil. Spread batter into pan and pat down and sprinkle cinnamon. Cook 25 minutes. Let cool for 10 min.
