Good but hard day. My sinuses are stuffed and I have slight cough, so the gym was a little tough today, but it felt SO GOOD to be back there. I missed three days last week due to Vegas, but I loved getting back to it. Even though I didn’t feel that great going in because of my “cold” I felt so much better after. There is such a high after a good work-out I get that I don’t like going without it for too long.

Tuesday 11/23
Still not 100% but I’m so happy I went to the gym. I always feel better afterward. Going to my mom’s house tonight to build model rockets to shoot off on Christmas, but not going to till after diner. She is making her lasagna and I just cant be there for that. Its SOOOOO good and I know If I’m there I will want some. So it its in the fridge by the time I get there, I cant have any. Trying to be as good as I can this holiday season.

Christmas eve!!! My family is coming to the Pineapple Grill (where I work) for dinner tonight. Its great, I get to hang out with the fam, they get to eat, and I don’t have to worry about food. Cause’ it my work and I don’t really like the food there anyway, so I can stick to my diet plan.

Christmas day!!!! Family, Friends, Presents…Food. Not much more I can say, but I’m not waiting till the new year to get back on the wagon.

Nothing like a hard workout to start to get rid of the holiday calories. A new year is coming and I’m not waiting for it, it has to catch up with me. I’m looking forward to what I’m bringing to this new year, my training certification, a healthier body, and the chance for me to help other achieve there goals.
