I’m sure that you’ve seen foam rollers at the local gym or your chiropractors office. Foam rollers have become popular for reducing common aches and pains, increasing range of motion and reducing the incidence of injury. Today there are a lot of different tools that people use. One of our favorites is the kit from Trigger Point Therapy.
The cool thing that they have done, is to provide education and videos to help you use their tools for various parts of the body. While foam rollers are great, Trigger Point’s variety of tools and detailed manipulations help target a wider variety of muscles, hence opening up a lot of muscles that you never addressed by stretching or using a foam roller.
