The Orange County Fitness Playground has been Beatrice’s home away from home for the past six months, and she has been getting stronger, more flexible, and improved your muscle tone with us.
She has been such an avid member that I asked her a few questions about why she loves it here at the Innovative Results fitness gym, and why she likes training with the Innovative Results fitness coaches.
This is what she said:
When did you start training at Innovative Results?
I started training at the beginning of February.
Why did you start training with Innovative Results?
I started training with Innovative Results to lose some weight and increase mobility/flexibilty.
What have you improved since you started training with Innovative Results?
Definitely! I think overall I’ve increased my energy levels and see gains in strength all the time
What kept you coming back to Innovative Results?
I like the team!
You guys are really helpful and drive the intensity hard plus the movements are difficult but not dangerous.
Plus, you don’t make me wear shoes.
How has Innovative Results improved the other areas of your life (i.e. work, relationships, finances, education)?
It has definitely given me a boost of energy at work and my coworkers and supervisor can see that I am not lagging at the end of the day.
What advice do you have for someone who is just getting started with Innovative Results?
I think that they should choose a schedule they can stick to, I knew I wouldn’t have the energy and often wouldn’t be able to make it to workout after work so I chose 5 am.
5 am is still probably earlier than I need but I like the other clients and the general calm of the morning at 5 am.
I wouldn’t say I am a morning person, but I have always worked better going to sleep early and getting up early.
Anyway it’s about what is going to work for them 95% of the time.
I might encourage them to try a morning just because it is so much easier to blow off an evening workout.
How has your life changed since you started training at Innovative Results?
I feel better and it keeps me on track with a healthy diet because it certainly feels like a waste to train and then eat crap.
I am always happier and more focused when I have a physical exercise routine that lets me kind of turn off my brain and focus on the exertion.
Who would you want to experience what you get to experience at Innovative Results?
I would love everyone I know to experience Innovative Results.
Why do you stay committed to your improvement in and out of the Innovative Results fitness gym?
I can tell that on the days I don’t workout because I was lazy or slept late I’m just sort of continually sleepy and groggy, IR energizes me and reminds of my goals.
Exercising in the morning or during the day makes me more aware of my posture and body the entire day.
I take more time to stretch or recover.
I do my best to stay committed to my goals to look and feel better and improve my strength which I guess with constant reminders get me to eat healthy and wake up at 4:35 to see your smiling face everyday.
