Lacrosse Athlete Gains Explosive Power & Endurance by Training at Innovative Results

This young lady’s dedication, persistence, and strength is beyond compare. The Innovative Results Team cannot wait to see what is in store for Emily’s future, and athletic career!

Here is Emily’s Testimonial Interview given by Manny Aragon(MA) for Innovative Results.

MA: When did you start coming to Innovative Results (IR)?

Emily: Last year when I got my license.

MA: 2016?

Emily: Yeah.

MA: Why did you start training here (at IR)?

Emily: Because my dad went and he explained the workouts and I thought it looked fun. So I came. I did try it out before 2016 with my dad.

MA: What would you say has changed in your life from your training?

Emily: My endurance. And all around strength.

MA: So- what does that look like? You play sports- correct?

Emily: Yes. In Lacrosse I notice a difference in my endurance- in keeping up in the game.

MA: So what position do you play? Attack? image3

Emily: Yes. Attack. I’m staying in longer, I don’t get tired as easily and I don’t need as many breaks as I used to. (Ed. Note: Attack is a strength endurance position requiring bursts of explosive speed and power). My leg muscles keep me powering through.

MA: And what’s kept you coming back?

Emily: I like all of the trainers- they’re fun and its not boring workouts- I’m not, I’m not DREADING the workout, its FUN!

MA: How has IR contributed to success in other parts of your life?

Emily: Ummm Its kept me MOTIVATED. My dad and I always use the #IRstrong saying whether its homework im doing- My dad always says “IR strong Emily- you can do it”– and I say “Yeah, I CAN do it!” (laughs) “Yeah.”

MA: What advice would you have for someone who is new here?

Emily: Don’t be scared that you can’t do something- there is always modifications. And its not embarrassing if you’re not as strong as other people.

MA: Who would you want to experience what you’ve experienced here at IR?

Emily: My sister. She wants to start coming here. And I want her to experience what I’ve experienced.

MA: What do you think she’ll get out of it?

Emily: People skills. Being with people who you’re not normally with. I’m never with old people- so now I’m like used to it…

MA: Why do you stay committed to IR?

Emily: Because I look good. I’ve gotten toned- I like it.

MA: Have other people noticed?

Emily: Um-Hmm.

MA: In what way? Positive?

Emily: Yes. Positive.

MA: Anything else to add?

Emily: (pointing at the camera) “I LOVE Innovative Results!”

How did you hear about Innovative Results?
I was referred to Innovative Results by my Sports Med doctor who told me he had heard very good things about the work being done there. I needed a workout regime that supported my pole vault agility and strength development and he thought you guys could do that.

What about Innovative Results interested you in coming in?  

KenStCyr_vaultWhen I first visited and talked with the staff I was impressed with the knowledge and understanding of my needs.

Why did you decide to step into the gym?
Same as the above comment.

What was your first reaction once you entered the gym?
The workouts with Dane were dynamic and not simply machine strength training. I was moving and exercising muscles that clearly supported my desire to improve my pole vaulting strength and mobility. It was clear the staff, Dane specifically, had done their research on pole vaulting and knew how to get the best out of me.

What was one thing you like about Innovative Results that kept you coming back for more?
The complete focus on me and my needs. Dane spends every second watching, coaching, correcting and encouraging. Together we put together a long term game plan designed to peak at just the right time.

How has your vision of movement changed since you’ve started working out at Innovative Results?
Absolutely. I am more flexible, more toned and more competent as a 65 year old pole vaulter. That would not be possible without the effort put forth by Innovative Results and Dane.

How has Innovative Results helped your mindset in daily living? (at home, school, work, or in the community)
I generally feel in great shape, healthy and positive in my outlook. I attribute much of that to the results being achieved at IR.

What was the biggest obstacle (mental/structural/physical) you’ve crossed since starting at Innovative Results? 

KenStCyrI suffered a ruptured appendix soon after joining IR. Three months later, after surgery and full recovery when I was able to begin working out again I was on a tight timeline to get prepared for several major competitions. Dane and IR were able to get me back in shape quickly by constantly working me as hard as possible without crossing the boundary to be injury prone.

How were you able to surpass your obstacle?
Due to the commitment of Dane and IR we had a training program that maximized my ability to regain strength and flexibility. I was fortune enough to win a Bronze Medal at the US National Senior Games in June and then subsequently win the USA Masters Games.. I also won a Silver Medal at the North and Central America Masters Championships in Toronto in August 2017. It was a team effort with IR all the way!

WHAT IS MOVEMENT

We have been living in a civilized society for thousands of years, and only up until recently have we seen a decline in of our populations physical abilities. There are few who have excelled at getting their body to its maximum ability and potential, but for the vast majority of the civilized world we have let our immediate environment take over causing physical evolutionary change.

It’s funny to think we live in a society that needs to count their steps in order to meet the suggested physical recommendations for daily exercise. Surrounding environments play a big factor in dictating a routine or habit. When living in a modern environment we feel the need to create things like the “10,000 step a day rule”. We also create modified movement facilities like weight gyms.

As a culture we have learned that in order for us to live in the modern world we need to take part in physical activity to up keep one’s health. Gyms and sports are a means to fun physical activity in hopes of improving oneself in dimensions of speed, agility, quickness, power, and strength.

GOOD MOVEMENT vs. BAD MOVEMENT
Are we creating healthy individuals or are we taking people farther from true healthy movement? With generalized and sport specific training we are developing the bodies abilities, but are we doing it correctly and safely? Doing a gym workout is believed to replace the physical activity that we’d normally take part in if we were still living in pre-modern times. Being in a gym setting is probably not the most ideal way to express excess energy but it works with our modern society and culture.

Sport specific and generalized training are great for personal development, they provide essential skills for mind and body awareness. It takes phenomenal strength and control to perform these types of activities. We can all agree that any type of body training is going to be beneficial compared to remaining stagnant. Education, discipline, and time are a few factors when looking at developing a healthy human body.

When training is done correctly it can be extremely beneficial as one takes part in their daily lifestyle. The more your mind and body are trained the better they will respond when called upon. It is important to train ‘’the right way” on a daily basis.
Movement in our daily life comprises of multiple movement patterns. When we get stuck in a repetitive day-to-day routine it’s hard for most of us to practice healthy movements. Our movements become repetitive and unhealthy becoming harmful to one’s health.

Healthy movements can be tough to identify with all the misconceptions out in today’s health industry. Stick to the basics and master them, this is key. Once you’ve owned the basics only then can you start doing all the fun and cool movements and workouts.

Healthy movement starts with where the movement takes place. Moving in all three planes of motion will allow your body to be optimally trained. Movement in the Sagittal (Forward-Back/Up-Down), Frontal (Left-Right), and Transverse (Rotation)planes of motion will put a halt to the day to day routine.
Moving correctly takes time and dedication to the basics. Learning to control you body through it’s proper movement patterns becomes essential for optimal human health.

Control has to be one of the most underlooked components to a healthy body. Proper stabilization and mobilization of your body needs to be addressed before performing SAQ, Power, Strength, and Endurance activities or workouts. Capabilities and abilities improve when mobilization and stabilization are performed on a daily basis.

With mobility and stability improving you will be setting yourself up for successful training protocol and workouts. Addressing strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, endurance, and aerobic capacity will be much easier. Focusing on how to train the correct energy pathway for the given workout will be the main concern instead of correcting bad form and posture.

SMART ACTIVE RECOVERY active stretching
Performing movements and workouts will place stresses on your body’s bones, joints, and soft tissues. We’d all like to go day-to-day without any aches and pains and by starting a recovery protocol you will help ensure a healthy body. Succeeding in your workouts are very important for one’s health, but paying attention to how you treat your body after a workout has huge implementations as will.

By doing multiple active recovery techniques your body will start to notice faster adaptations to the stresses placed on it. Placing an emphasis on how your body heals and regenerates itself post exercise is an important part of a great training protocol. Emphasis can be placed on two types of recovery; active and passive recovery.

Usually many different theories arise as to how to do recovery and what methods to use. When dealing with post exercise protocol, one of the first things that should be implemented is an active decompression. This can be considered to be a short jog or locomotion technique to help circulate blood flow in the body, thus improving overall recovery. Other types of active recovery are self myofascial releases along with tissue and joint decompression stretches.

Passive recovery is something that you do without exerting any effort like a hot/cold contrast bath, epsom salt bath, and massage or physical palpation. Passive recovery is commonly mistaken as “my recovery day” which consist of lying on the couch all day doing nothing at all (this is not what we want to do). Using proper passive recovery techniques can provide insights to body awareness and healing. By adding multiple recovery disciplines into your daily workout progression you are supercharging your bodies recovery cycle thus making you a healthier individual.

Add up all the smart movement strategies and start to implement them into your daily regime. If you are still unsure about how to apply there techniques into a fitness program please don’t hesitate to visit a local “smart gym”. Make sure that they go through proper programming and recovery in their day to day progressions.

It’s time to get out there and make your own medicine out of movement.

A Fitness Playground Story, Juan Dmitruk Shares His Heart About His Improved Quality of Life at Innovative Results

It wouldn’t have been possible with out Innovative Results‘ – The Fitness Playground.

Back in 2008 I was training (both in the studio and the Gym) towards my Black Belt in Kempo Karate  Unfortunately due to misguided trainers at the Gym, I Herniated a disk in my lower back.

After that incident I went around looking for different alternatives in how to get better from my Hernia with out surgery or any medical procedures , cortisone shots, etc.

I went back to the OLD GYM thinking I will get better by having a trainer in every session , followed every single instruction I was given , did what I was told every time, followed the routines perfectly but like every 3 – 5  weeks my back was again in severe pain. The pain was so bad some times that I wouldn’t be able to walk and I had to rest for 2 -3 weeks and then start all over again.

Got tired of the BS and I looked for personal trainers, out of three I visited no one really fulfilled my ideas in HOW they will help me.

I looked for CrossFit places and again visited two of them and didn’t feel the good vibe, since the trainers were absolutely A…..holes.

Finally I found Innovative Results a Fitness Playground Gym in an Industrial area, first time I visited the place I thought it was a joke… But MARK Elmasry told me just give us an opportunity and If you don’t like it we will refund your money, so I tried and I became addicted to the place and the trainers.

  1. I started training in Innovative Results back 4 years ago March 2013
  2. The reason I started with Innovative Results was because I was very tired of being injured all the times, due to bad trainers or people that didn’t care.
  3. The improvements came after 90 – 120 days. Not Feeling  any pain in my lower back  was the first positive sign.
  4. No Pain in my back made me feel incredible, I noticed something was working well, my CORE starting to feel strong again, so I increased  from 2 to 3 times a week for training.
  5. Innovative Results helped me in just about every single aspect of my life. Not feeling PAIN was the most important, but also helped me at work , just to be able to function the way I was before my injury, to move and do things with out limitations, to be HAPPY again and not afraid if would make the wrong move my back will be in pain.
  6. My suggestion for the beginners is to be patient. The results will come not in 30 days but they will. In my case it took more than 3 months and after that it hasn’t STOP.
  7. Innovative Results changed my life in all the aspects. If you are healthy you are happy and all the people around you will be touched with the same feeling. Family , friends, co-workers see the differences in you, in a POSITIVE way, that sometimes it’s very hard to explain, because you are always in a good mood, always ready to help others, full of energy, good sense and well being are just few of the many ways I feel since I joined the Innovative Results Family.
  8. I would like to tell everybody about my experience, young people, adults all ages. It is always good to start , to feel good and happy. It doesn’t matter if you can’t crawl , or keep up with the others, don’t underestimate yourself, remember just by being at Innovative Results you are winning, you are improving your health, you look and making a big change in your life and the ones around you.
  9. I stayed committed to my training because I LOVE the way I feel, because after 4 years I can squat over 180 pounds and my back is GREAT, because I can enjoy my glass of wine every night and  nobody believes I am 55 years OLD.

Strength Over Stress: Do More than You’ve Ever Done Before

She had already competed in an earlier event. For the entire ten minutes, first-time Kettlebell Sport lifter Kelly Boaitey finished with 159 repetitions in lifting Jerk, not once setting down the 8 kg kettlebell. But this was just the first lift out of two. When she was going up to the platform for Long Cycle, Boaitey kept telling her teammates that she was already tired and wasn’t sure how she could go on. As the announcer counted down the seconds to begin, she couldn’t complain anymore (or maybe she did a little). At the end of another ten minutes, not once did Boaitey set down her kettlebell. And like the first lift, she had reps in the three-digits, achieving a personal goal of 101.

As a self-employed, single mom of three, fifty-year-old Boaitey is no stranger to stress. Her occupation involves miles and miles of being on the road. Despite needing to be at a different place at different times during the week, Boaitey makes time to go to Innovative Results, Orange County’s Fitness Playground. She said, “I find ways to get there, 3 days a week, at 5 a.m.” For Boaitey, there are definite results each time she shows up to a training session. As Boaitey said, “I can go there feeling absolute crap, overwhelmed, it’s the last thing I wanna do, and I come out feeling like a completely different person in an hour.” And with every hour that Boaitey has put in at Innovative Results, she rarely ever says “I can’t.” Her recent success as a novice Kettlebell Sport Lifter is the next level in her health and fitness journey. She admits to surprising herself: “I never imagined to be where I am only because I never tried to go there. I used to say I can’t a lot..but I’ve done things that I’ve far surpassed I could ever do.”

Beat Stress: An Even More Important Reason to Stay Active

Many health and fitness experts have highlighted how stress impacts us all, regardless of whether or not we are at our ideal weight or need to lose a few pounds. In fact, everyday stress can exacerbate health challenges we already struggle with. According to Aaron Guyett, Innovative Results Owner and Head Coach:

“Stress is a part of our life. Either we feel stressed or we feel lazy. Yet we can mitigate the tension of stress by preparing our bodies and minds with the daily routine of exercise. The victory and mindset-improving exercise designed into each Innovative Results workout, prepares our clients to realize their best, and deliver that ‘best’ in every area of their life outside of the gym.”

Boaitey has said that she’s “stayed with Innovative Results for my mental well-being.” In addition, she goes because “as I get older, wanting the core strength to prevent the things that happen to older people. I’m only 50 so better start now.”

Strong Never Gets Old: Uplift Yourself By Lifting Kettlebells

Innovative Results has hosted a few Kettlebell Sport competitions. Innovative Results even has a Kettlebell Sport Team. Earlier this year, Boaitey was a spectator at the Cali Open and cheered on fellow Innovative Results members. Boaitey has said of the experience: “There’s such a diverse group of people that do it – thin, heavy, muscular, not-so-muscular, old, young, really young – there’s something in it for everyone. If you wanted to do it, you could do it….After going to the competition, I’ve not only said to myself I could do this, but I said to myself, I think this would be fun. And it is!”

Besides attending Innovative Results signature hour-long training sessions, Boaitey has added kettlebell lifting progressions to her regimen. She now can perform all the technical lifts in Kettlebell Sport: Jerk, Snatch, and Long Cycle. She has been happy to share her athletic journey. She said, “The world kind of tells you that you’re old for certain things and your body tells you too… but in terms of peers outside of Innovative Results, they ask me ‘So what do you do?’ In the past, I would’ve just said, I go to the gym. But now I say, ‘I do Kettlebell Sport!’”

Stress Loses When You Go Social

There is no room for feeling stress when the social atmospheres of both the hour-long training sessions and the Kettlebell sport competitions are friendly, encouraging, and fun. It’s no wonder that Boaitey commits to improving her quality of life. As she said, “There’s always someone at Innovative Results to encourage you. It’s not just the trainers.” There may be physical challenges. There may be struggle. But everyone overcomes all, together.

The Orange County Fitness Playground has been Beatrice’s home away from home for the past six months, and she has been getting stronger, more flexible, and improved your muscle tone with us.

She has been such an avid member that I asked her a few questions about why she loves it here at the Innovative Results fitness gym, and why she likes training with the Innovative Results fitness coaches.

This is what she said:

When did you start training at Innovative Results?

I started training at the beginning of February.

Why did you start training with Innovative Results?

Orange County personal training program helps people lose weightI started training with Innovative Results to lose some weight and increase mobility/flexibilty.

What have you improved since you started training with Innovative Results?

Definitely! I think overall I’ve increased my energy levels and see gains in strength all the time

What kept you coming back to Innovative Results?

I like the team!

You guys are really helpful and drive the intensity hard plus the movements are difficult but not dangerous.

Plus, you don’t make me wear shoes.

How has Innovative Results improved the other areas of your life (i.e. work, relationships, finances, education)?

It has definitely given me a boost of energy at work and my coworkers and supervisor can see that I am not lagging at the end of the day.

What advice do you have for someone who is just getting started with Innovative Results?

I think that they should choose a schedule they can stick to, I knew I wouldn’t have the energy and often wouldn’t be able to make it to workout after work so I chose 5 am.

5 am is still probably earlier than I need but I like the other clients and the general calm of the morning at 5 am.

I wouldn’t say I am a morning person, but I have always worked better going to sleep early and getting up early.

Anyway it’s about what is going to work for them 95% of the time.

I might encourage them to try a morning just because it is so much easier to blow off an evening workout.

How has your life changed since you started training at Innovative Results?

I feel better and it keeps me on track with a healthy diet because it certainly feels like a waste to train and then eat crap.

I am always happier and more focused when I have a physical exercise routine that lets me kind of turn off my brain and focus on the exertion.

Who would you want to experience what you get to experience at Innovative Results?

I would love everyone I know to experience Innovative Results.

Why do you stay committed to your improvement in and out of the Innovative Results fitness gym?

orange county personal trainer, personal training, fitness gym, fitness training, orange county fitness, costa mesa gymI can tell that on the days I don’t workout because I was lazy or slept late I’m just sort of continually sleepy and groggy, IR energizes me and reminds of my goals.

Exercising in the morning or during the day makes me more aware of my posture and body the entire day.

I take more time to stretch or recover.

I do my best to stay committed to my goals to look and feel better and improve my strength which I guess with constant reminders get me to eat healthy and wake up at 4:35 to see your smiling face everyday.

When I first met Manny, I was looking to improve my public speaking and network with some local people in Irvine at a Toastmasters meeting.

I didn’t end up staying with the Toastmasters, but I ended up becoming very close friends with Manny several years later.

His love of learning, growing, and developing is why I am so close to him.

He has a deep hunger to understand and learn the simple and the complex.

He also has a deep desire to help people (He is a very accomplished structural integration practitioner and nutrition consultant).

When I read his answers to my questions below, I was awed, as I highly respect his viewpoint, because I know how intelligent and experienced he is in the body movement, integration, and healing process.

I started training at Innovative Results in November of 2014.

2. Why did you start training with Innovative Results?

Well, to make a long story… long, I met Aaron about 8 years ago at a toastmaster’s event and came into Innovative Results at the time for a session- It KILLED me… and I was pretty committed to my current trainer at the time, So…I didn’t go back.

Fast forward 6 years later and my wife is telling me that she is finally serious about finding a trainer that she can be accountable to so that she can finally get fit…(she is a former collegiate coxswain and volleyballer–a former jock…)

I KNEW that she would absolutely LOVE Aaron- so I set up an assessment- – she did LOVE Aaron (it’s hard not to <3) and I signed her up….BUT I was a LITTLE bit JEALOUS (as a recovering triathlete)… IR was SOOO COOL and I wanted to go too.

So I signed up for a month unlimited special and ended up going 5 out of 6 days a week for a month. Yes, it was challenging but totally AWESOME!!!

3. What have you improved since you started training with Innovative Results?

Dude! Where do I start?!…Ok, Ok. I have more physical confidence. As a lifelong “ tall and skinny guy” I have never felt fast, strong, or solid in any way…

Now I am competing on the IR Kettlebell Team. =)

I have more physical confidence as I “feel” and am stronger.

4. What kept you coming back to Innovative Results?

IR is like family. That. Is. All.

5. How has Innovative Results improved the other areas of your life (i.e. work, relationships, finances, education)?

Athletes are my primary clientele.

As a runner, and triathlete, and now as a member of the Innovative Results Kettlebell Sport Competition Team, I have more street credibility with my clientele and perspective clientele.

Added bonus, my work is now easier and since I also teach my clients how to move, I have become more educated as a movement professional.

Aaron Guyett is a nationally recognized MASTER TRAINER (and internationally recognized Kettlebell Master of Sport)- he teaches professionals from all over the globe about fitness, movement, and, most importantly- EXCELLENCE in all aspects of life.

6. What advice do you have for someone who is just getting started with Innovative Results?

Start at your own pace.

Orange County Personal trainersAaron, The Innovative Results Team (Coaches), AND the Innovative Results Family (clients) are all there to help you succeed.

As a client it totally STOKES me to see new folks show up and stick with it.

STICK WITH IT.

You WILL improve.

Give your body time.

Be PATIENT.

Folks who come in consistently WILL see improvement in 30 days.

But the real transformation takes place over the long term.

This is the difference between dabbling and actually making a lasting LIFE IMPROVEMENT.

There are MANY folks at IR who have been with IR for many years.

I will be there for a LONG time!

7. How has your life changed since you started training at Innovative Results?

Competitive Kettlebell SportI am doing something that I NEVER expected I would be doing…Competitive Kettlebell Sport.

I have a rather severe Scoliosis.

NEVER thought I’d be lifting weights…

NEVER thought lifting weights competitively would make my body feel better.

It DOES!

But it does because of 1) Aaron’s expertise in Kettlebell Sport (he is a KB Sport world championships contender) and 2) my consistency in training.

8. Who would you want to experience what you get to experience at Innovative Results?

I recommend Innovative Results to EVERY one of my clients.

They ALL need to move better.

They ALL need to have better access to usable and functional strength.

They ALL need positive mental programming.

Innovative Results provides all of the above.

9. Why do you stay committed to your improvement in and out of the gym?

Umm…This is my FAMILY now… Nuff said!

Clay’s success and progress has been nothing short of INCREDIBLE!!

He has owned and walked out the slow and steady wins the race mantra better than most clients and students that I have had the pleasure of coaching and teaching.

This steadfast discipline and habit-building is what I believe to be the major reason why he has been able to reap so many rewards (beyond his original reason of looking better…which he has done quite well).

I began training at Innovative results in October, 2014.

Why did you start training with Innovative Results?

I went on a trip to Miami with a group of buddies and realized I was the most out of shape of the entire group, it was an eye opener for me. Corey just happened to come by my office a week later to speak about Innovative results and instantly I knew this was the place for me.

I have gotten in way better shape.

Increased lean body mass.

Dropped a few pant sizes.

More importantly the training has strengthened me mentally and made me a more confident person.

What kept you coming back to Innovative Results?

I quickly got into a routine of training before work 3 times per week.

I arrived to work with increased focus and a little extra pep in my step.

There is also a camaraderie between the trainers and those working out, that little extra sense of peer accountability kept me coming back so I didn’t let the team down.

How has Innovative Results improved the other areas of your life (i.e. work, relationships, finances, education)?

This is where I have seen the biggest results, I am a better, more confident person at work and at home.

What advice do you have for someone who is just getting started with Innovative Results?

You get what you put into it.

If you give your best with every repetition and exercise, the results will be there and you will reap the benefits.

I am the best version of myself.

I feel more confident.

I am an overall happier person.

I do not experience the little aches and pains that I did before Innovative Results.

I am a healthier person.

Start Training Consistently at Innovative Results…”It Keeps Me In The Right Mindset” Rhona Shares Her Successes

The coaches love the opportunity to train Rhona, because she works so hard, and is so focused at The Orange County Fitness Playground.

We wanted to know what made her tick, so we asked her a few questions.

Below are those questions, and the answers she gave us:

When did you start training at Innovative Results?

August 2014

Why did you start training with Innovative Results?

I Found a Living Social/Groupon deal and I knew it was owned by the Naked Sailor (Aaron Guyett), so I tried it out, and the rest is history.

What have you improved since you started training with Innovative Results?

Strength and overall health.

After a few injuries, torn ACL and a broken wrist, I wasn’t feeling 100%, and now I’m getting closer each and every day.

What kept you coming back to Innovative Results?

The knowledgeable and encouraging trainers.

Fun workouts.

Being able to see actual progress

The overall feeling I get after leaving the gym.

It has given me the self confidence to push myself when things get hard or I doubt myself, like when I look at a 400 pound sled and think “there’s no way I’m pushing that thing all the way to the other side of the gym”, and then I end up adding 100 more pounds because 400 was too easy. 🙂

Small victories like that show me that you can pretty much accomplish anything that you put your mind to.

But in the same respect, it has kept me humble.

Just when I think I’m doing an exercise correctly, there is always room for improvement and the coaches won’t hesitate to tell you.

It will be hard in the beginning and your body will hurt in places you didn’t think existed but it will all pay off as long as you stay consistent.

Showing up is half of the battle.

Never compare yourself to the other people in the gym, you are your only competition.

And IR clients are so awesome that they will be giving you high-fives and cheering you on the whole way no matter how weak you feel.

Never be afraid to ask your coach for advice, that’s what they are there for.

The positive atmosphere and encouragement from the coaches makes me look forward to working out.

I also find myself helping and encouraging others outside of IR.

Training consistently at Innovative Results keeps me in the right mindset.

It has become a part of my weekly routine.

Who would you want to experience what you get to experience at Innovative Results?

Everyone

Why do you stay committed to your improvement in and out of the gym?

Because life is too short to be unhappy and unhealthy.

I don’t want to start having issues at a certain age just because I haven’t taken care of myself.

Staying in shape allows me to do physical activities such as snowboarding with friends and family or playing basketball with my nieces and nephews without feeling out of breath or discouraged.

I like feeling strong and accomplished each time I finish a work out.

I’m sure there are a million more positive things I could say about my Innovative Results experience but I need to hit the bed so I can be there bright and early tomorrow morning. 🙂

Lose Body Fat and Get Stronger is Why This Busy, Working Mom Comes To Innovative Results

If there is such a thing as Super Woman, she is that person!

She is a single mother with two kids, and a very successful business woman in Orange County, California. English is her second language, and I am pretty sure she speaks more than just English and Chinese.

The Innovative Results fitness coaches are constantly amazed at her hard work, consistency, and commitment to her weekly workouts (two to four times per week).

We were so impressed with her physical and mental improvements that we interviewed her to understand more clearly how she is able to do it all.

I started training around May 2013.

Why did you start training with Innovative Results?

My son started training at Innovative Results first.

After I watched him for couple months.

I was really impressed with everything he was doing with personal trainer, so I decided to give it a try.

What have you improved since you started training with Innovative Results?

I’m much stronger

I have gained lean muscles, and learned how to work out properly, without injuring my lower back.

It worked!

The Innovative Results coaches are professional trainers that will design different exercise and fitness routines every week for your benefit.

The personal trainers make sure you get full body workout.

Every week is different.

The training program is not boring like traditional gym.

I always feel energized and happy after the workouts.

How has Innovative Results improved the other areas of your life (i.e. work, relationships, finances, education)?

The coaches at Innovative Results teach me how to live a healthy lifestyle, both in and out of the gym.

The coaches emphasize positive energy.

They teach you to be the best of yourself, and never give up.

What advice do you have for someone who is just getting started with Innovative Results?

Just keep going, don’t quit.

If I can do it at age of 44, you can do it too.

How has your life changed since you started training at Innovative Results?

I’m healthier and stronger.

I lost body fat and gained lean muscle.

Who would you want to experience what you get to experience at Innovative Results?

I will bring my daughter to the Innovative Results gym this summer.

Why do you stay committed to your improvement in and out of the gym?

I want to stay in shape, and live an active, healthy life.
