In Ten Minutes or less per day?
Sounds too good to be true, right?
This article might be long, but it will be worth the read, if you would like to experience an increase in your happiness, satisfaction, and success.
I have been partaking in a daily habit that is completely transforming the way I think about my life, my relationships, my work, and my purpose in life, and at this point, it would be selfish and wrong to not share this with the people in my life that want to experience improved quality of life. So here it goes…

How can you spend 2 to 10 minutes every day, and experience more happiness, satisfaction, and success, even in the midst of our busy and stressful lives?

 

First, we need to understand that thinking happy, satisfying, and successful thoughts goes against our nature. All of humanity is wired to remember and focus on the negative, and in case you think you are the exception, read these questions and ponder the answer.
Which thing can you remember faster, something a significant other in your life did that was good or bad?
busy lifestyleWhen you have performed a thousand good deeds or actions for your boss or job, why do they (or you) recall or focus on the one bad thing?
When asked a general question about the way you perform, why do you instantly think with a negative bias, and tend to find your body language, words, or thoughts to be defensive in nature?
Why do we tend to believe the World is getting more violent, oppressive, and dangerous, when every study of history depicts the opposite is in fact occurring in today’s World?
This is the way our minds were created, and without getting overly spiritual, this is what keeps us out of harms way.

The issue with this brain wiring, is that even though life is easier and safer, relative to our human history, we are more depressed, anxious, and medicated than ever before.
We don’t have to fall into this pattern, though. We can make daily choices that help us focus on all of the good stuff, and experience lives that are happier, more satisfying, and more successful, despite the social, emotional, and environmental  pressure and stress that can seem to surround us.

If we train our brains to focus on the positives and help seat these positives deep into our psycho-social rhythms, we will reap amazing quality-of-life improvements (And that is what Innovative Results is all about).
Daily movement is shown to improve us psychologically, just as much if not more than it improves us physiologically, but if our thoughts are bad, even playful movement can seem like a daunting task or difficult chore.

Building a Legacy of Improved Quality of Life – The Long Term Effects

When Innovative Results started ten years ago, there was always a dream of leaving a lasting impact on the quality of people’s lives with mindset, movement, and recovery.

Utilizing the Innovative Results values of dedication to the basics, diligent change and growth, and serving community, this IR Team and Family is starting to see a long term legacy be forged.

As Innovative Results clients stick with its planned approach to fitness, community, self-development, and team development, they are beginning to see their own legacy of improved quality of life be sustained in their own lives, but also extend into their family’s, coworker’s, and friend’s lives.

As the IR Team continues to work hard with focused intensity and patient endurance for their clients, they are beginning to see the legacy of improved quality of life move into and throughout the local community.

If Innovative Results chose to quit during the hard times when the real estate bubble popped, or when things weren’t going perfectly, thousands of people would not have been directly impacted by the Innovative Results purpose (to improve the quality of life for clients and the community).

Kelly wouldn’t have found core strength or broken her fears.

Marty wouldn’t have been taken of his medications.

Whitney wouldn’t have felt better.

Ian wouldn’t have won a championship.

Shannon wouldn’t have been encouraged.

Josh wouldn’t have improved his attitude on life.

Debbie wouldn’t have received direction for improvement.

Will wouldn’t have realized his strength.

Costa Mesa’s community wouldn’t have felt the amount of love and support that it does today.

And the list goes on.

Innovative Results wanted to help people improve physically, but now also realizes that the implications of building legacy go beyond physical and become both mental and spiritual.

As has been written in the two articles – Improved Quality of Life 1 & Improved Quality of Life 2 – that preceded this article, the improvement clients feel and experience at Innovative Results spans across many different aspects of a person’s life.

From mental to physical, every client is improved in many ways.

Beyond the immediate and short-term improved quality of life, clients begin to see their improvements touch the community around them.

They also see their finances, health, longevity, and attitude change for good.

These improvements are long lasting, partly, because they are more rewarding than stronger body, sexier look, or better performance (don’t worry, this is part of your improvement, too), and also because they have deeper impact in people’s lives.

Few people have correlated their waist inches with saving their daughter’s life, or the greatness of their entrepreneurial success, or their down payment on a house.

However, the mental changes that take place from a positive and productive routine called exercise–and in this case training specifically to reach specific goals, such as feel better, look better, move better, and perform better–set the stage for greater events to occur.

Think about it, as each client goes home less stressed, more confident, stronger, satisfied with their progress at Innovative Results, they are going to be treating their family with this renewed attitude.
