3 Minute Push-Up Challenge
1. Begin in push-up position
2. Timer will start before first rep
3. For rep to count, you must go all the way down (chest to the floor) and arms must lock out at top, feet together, keeping core tight.
4. You can rest however/whenever you want but time will continue to run
5. Incomplete reps do not count toward the total – form must be held
6. Rep count will end at 3 minutes
Max Pull-Up Challenge
1. Must be performed in a single attempt (no rest period off the bar) 2. For rep to count chin must rise over the bar, and arms must come close to lockout at the bottom.
3. Rep will not count if there is assistance from the ground, your chin is below the bar, or there is not enough extension at the elbow.

Sled Push for Time ( 1 plate or 2 plate Option)
You must choose a plate option, same plate option will be used for testing at the end of the month.
30 second Tsunami’s & 20 Minute Battling Ropes
Waves must go all the way to the end to count, if 5 consecutive waves do not reach the end time will stop.
Rope must be positioned with initial hang at your feet – grab end of rope arms down, step in until the rope drops/hangs directly in front of your toes (trainer will assist).
