How to Frame Your Mindset Through Actionable Goals

October 9, 2020 by Jessica Leave a Comment

By: Coach Sareena Rama

Framing our mindset through actionable goals, building a positive support system, and remembering our why for movement – we will go into our day head and heart strong. When we prioritize our recovery in between movement sessions, we perform better. When we can perform better; we will move better, feel better, then ultimately, look better! Understanding how these three aspects come together is through intentional practices that can change your life!

Starting with our frame of mind, or mindset, we can…

  • Start and end the day with gratitude for our bodies. Sending gratitude to your body for carrying you through the day is a practice that can be done through journaling or mediation!
  • Write down your why for movement! Why do you want to feel better? What do you want to move better for? Why do you want to look better? (Remind yourself of your SMART goal!)
  • Jot down positive words that motivate, inspire, or resonate with you.

The Buddha says “Our life is the creation of our mind,” so create a positive life with a positive mind!

Once we have started off the day with a positive mindset, we can have a positive intention going into our movement sessions! We can move better when we…

  • Choose a movement that is enjoyable for you and have fun!
  • Start with the basics of movement. Performing an exercise without understanding the basic pattern of movement can be harmful to our success! Lean on those who are there to help you!
  • Understand that our bodies are adaptable and powerful!

Movement can be as simple as committing to showing up for ourselves in each workout!

The practices that follow an awesome workout is our form of recovery. Just like movement and mindset-recovery is an intentional form of rest. Our recovery can be…

  • Sleeping for a full 8 hours!
Fueling our body with good nutrient-dense foods pre- and post-workout!
  • Hydration!!!!!
  • Feeling supported by your community and coaches!

The idea of recovery is simply taking CARE of yourself each day by providing your body with adequate rest, water, and fuel for your day!

MINDSET is our frame of mind that charges our day with energy. In order to cultivate your mindset, you must RECOVER and be mindful of what the body needs each day. Both mindset and recovery will fuel our ability to MOVE with purpose in training sessions!!

Meet Jeremy Blanco:

I am Jeremy, an urban dweller turned avid outdoor educator and adventurer after an eventful weekend trip to Yosemite Valley. Since then I received a degree in Sociology and Environmental Studies, taught at an outdoor science school, led conservation teams into the back-country, directed a summer camp in Japan, and of course have spent every other moment learning various outdoor skills from mentors, coworkers, and fellow backpackers, now becoming a bit of a multi-tool.

I love dabbling in different mindsets and cultures through outdoor rec trips such as swimming in lakes, trail and snow marathons, barbecuing of course, art, and a specialty in backpacking and traveling by bicycle. These passions and modes of life have led to the jungles of Peru, the windy glaciers of Patagonia, drinking yak milk in the Himalayas feeling like death, calling of a final summit push on a dream backcountry snowboard project in Japan, walking into a blowfish while spearfishing off the coast of Panama, and other stories involving culture, luck, and hardship.

This was directly possible because of a few reasons I’d like to talk to you about at the workshop and pass along some tricks of the trade that are surely going to be impactful for you as they have been for me to this point.

Cesar has Mindset, Movement and Recovery Dialed In for Every Aspect of Life

September 26, 2017 by Jessica 5 Comments

Cesar kicked off the New Year (2017) by setting his fitness goals here at The Fitness Playground. Cesar was searching for a strength program to incorporate into his fitness routine, but he never imagined the bonus impact the IR3 (Mindset, Movement and Recovery) Progressions would have on his quality of life!

Hear it from Cesar…

How did you hear about Innovative Results?
I heard about Innovative Results through Yelp.

What about Innovative Results interested you in coming in?
Their approach to fitness. At the time, I had recently recovered from a car accident… the last thing I wanted was to get re-injured hence my attention to finding a gym that is well staffed with knowledgeable trainers to guide me through my fitness journey.

Why did you decide to step into the gym?
I was looking to incorporate some sort of strength training into my exercise routine.

What was your first reaction once you entered the gym?
I walked in the middle of a workout and I was impressed and intrigued by the type of exercises they were doing.

What was one thing you like about Innovative Results that kept you coming back for more?
I can truly say that every session is not only an excellent workout but an opportunity to explore my physical boundaries and learn to care for myself.

How has your vision of movement changed since you’ve started working out at Innovative Results?
My vision of movement and what is possible has expanded drastically! I’m constantly noticing my body respond positively to training which gives me the confidence to enjoy new activities and hobbies.

How has Innovative Results helped your mindset in daily living? at home, school, work, or in the community?
The skills learned at the gym apply to everything else in life… hard work, discipline, patience, self care, etc.

What was the biggest obstacle (mental/structural/physical) you’ve crossed since starting at Innovative Results?
Regaining trust to move freely was the very first obstacle. Now that I’ve been a member for almost a year, its very rewarding to achieve milestones and set new ones.

How were you able to surpass your obstacle?
Showing up is half the battle. I try to be in the moment, pay attention to the trainers and push myself safely to the best of my abilities. I appreciate the guidance and care of the IR staff.

Dane’s Story of Transformation with Innovative Results – The Fitness Playground

April 24, 2017 by Dane 6 Comments

Dane Fernandez at Innovative ResultsCoach Dane’s Story of Transformation

by: Coach Dane Fernandez

Innovative results has been awesome since the moment I stepped through the doors. A fresh burst of positive energy by the staff and clients made me feel welcomed. Even though it was a unfamiliar environment I felt at home.

Orange County personal trainers at Innovative Results, The Orange County Fitness PlaygroundInnovative Results interested me mainly because I’ve been looking for an open floor style gym for years. After doing research for gyms in the Orange County area, Innovative Results kept coming up on my internet searches time and time again. As soon as I heard about Innovative Results I was compelled to dig deeper to find out as much information as possible. One thing that stood out to me through the website was the structure of the gym/playground. After looking through all the photos and videos I spent time reading the coaches bio’s as well as reading numerous transformation stories from their massive data base.

Dane Fernandez Its Pags MediaHaving pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and being an ex-athlete, it was important for me to find a gym that I wanted to work at as well as workout in. After all the research I did, Innovative Results appealed to me and I applied for a position within the company.

Fast forward to my first encounter with the coaches and staff of Innovative Results. I was quickly impressed with what they represented as a business as well as how they expressed their individual mindsets. The ideas and philosophies these coaches were talking about facilitated my curiosity in the program. Longing to be exposed to a program whose main goal is to improve people’s quality of life, I was drawn in from the get go. During the interview and hiring process I was exposed to the operations in detail, seeing first hand hard-work and diligent focus went into making this company/ gym great. Through this process I got introduced to the IR3 Mindset, Movement, and Recovery System. Knowing that this system had tremendous benefits for my professional and personal career I stepped forward to walk out the progression.

innovative results 3 (mindset movement recovery) ebookThrough my time with Innovative Results I have been able to improve as an athlete and as a coach. Utilizing the IR3 progression my mindset has been reconditioned with positive thoughts, positive words, and positive actions. With a quick change in mindset I was able to improve in multiple disciplines in my personal and professional career.

It is through Innovative Results Movement concept that I am finding the most benefit in my life. Being an ex-athlete I have been through many injuries and have created very poor habits as a result of improper rehab and training protocols. Innovative Results addresses proper training mechanics when conducting physical movement whether it be working out at the gym or daily life tasks. I am excited to say I am reaping the physical benefits this program offers in strength, power, and aerobic capacity.

orange county personal training, ankorr, crawling, harness, gym, fitness gym, orange county fitness gym, orange county fitness playgroundEven though Innovative Results training sessions can be tough, the program offers and pays special attention to multiple corrective mobility and recovery techniques. Again, another transformation piece redefined for me through learning the IR3 system. Previously for me, recovery used to mean icing old injuries and elevating legs after a hard of training. This is all great to do and it’s encouraged, but recovery goes way deeper. By applying active stretching with joint and tissue decompression post training sessions, Innovative Results recovery protocol has taught me to practice and train body durability and resilience. This technique has proven to be a huge reason for my continued success in and out of the gym.

Innovative Results has provided me with a more complete framework for transformation. With a solid foundation to practice and teach movement effectively, I feel I am able to transform my life to the next level. Thank you Innovative Results.

Still in Great Hands: Innovative Results Keeps Moving Forward with New Owner

April 10, 2017 by Jessica 7 Comments

IMG_1794

When was the last time you heard laughter and squeals of delight at the gym? And not from the mouths of babes at the daycare section? At Costa Mesa’s Innovative Results The Fitness Playground, fun is always to be expected from a workout session. Having a sense of play is built in to training sessions. Whether it’s simulating knife fights with DIY foam weapons, dribbling soccer balls inside a magic square, or bouldering on the newly erected rock climbing wall, no workout is ever a bore.

What makes these exciting exercises even more enjoyable is the people who are doing them with you. With a close-knit, team-like atmosphere during group training sessions, clients are improving their health and enjoying it in the process. The Innovative Results’ coaching team consistently improves upon their health and fitness philosophy of Mindset, Movement, and Recovery through various educational workshops to deliver the most current, functional, and safe techniques in fitness and wellness, and the best and most useful information in nutrition. Innovative Results intends to continue its growing legacy with a new owner who himself has been a long-time client: Harrel Carman. Under his leadership, Carman wants more of everything that makes Innovative Results the beloved household name in Orange County fitness.

Harrel Carman: Dedicated to More

Innovative Results’ new owner, Harrel Carman, is much like Los Angeles’ Angels of Anaheim Coach, Mike Scioscia. Scioscia had a successful career as a catcher for the Dodgers. He parlayed his experience and expertise into coaching the Angels. Much like Scioscia, Carman’s path towards being Innovative Results’ new owner has been paved with dedication to sports and athleticism, and building and improving relationships.

Carman has long been passionate about physical fitness. He has competed in Baseball, Football, Basketball, Tennis, and Track & Field. He still plays Basketball most Saturday mornings and has been playing in Flag Football tournaments with the same team for over 15 years. Carman also regularly competes in Kettlebell Sport events and has won many medals lifting the 32kg kettlebell in the Men’s 85kg bodyweight division. Such an admirable commitment to physical health is actually grounded in a promise to others. Carman says, “Since I was young, maybe around 5 or 6 years old, I decided to begin working for my ‘future family.’ My dedication to my own health and fitness is my dedication to the family I have now, as well as when my family begins to grow (no kids yet, but eventually). I want to enjoy my kids, be able to play with them. Be able to roll around on the ground and play with my grandkids even. I want to be an example, through my own dedications, to my family, friends, and community.”

His active lifestyle is further complemented by a background in personal training, one that Carman has continued to expand over the last ten years. He has completed certifications in NASM, Functional Range Conditioning, Onnit Battle Ropes and Steel Clubs, Orange Kettlebell Club, SCUBA, and CPR. Carman’s favorite aspect of personal training was “how I got to interact with other people. Helping them learn more about themselves and the strength they have inside them.”

Innovative Results Owner Harrel Carman & wife, Julianne.

This knack for building people up has been a key component in Carman’s success in business. He has managed and run several businesses ranging from a financial company, to construction, to the Kumon tutoring center that he owns with his wife, Julianne. “I’ve found team-building to be the most important aspect of having a successful business,” asserts Carman. “Describing the ‘perfect’ team isn’t possible for me, since every business’ needs are different. However, the team currently at Innovative Results was a big factor in my decision to purchase the business. Without this incredible team, I don’t think I’d have been interested. I’m so excited to become a part of this awesome team and to bring even more energy and enthusiasm to continue Innovative Results’ vision moving forward.”

Continuing to Transform: A Better Quality of Life for Everyone

In the ten years that Harrel Carman has been a client of Innovative Results, he has seen the positive influence that Orange County’s Fitness Playground has had on its members and the surrounding community. He says, “I love the passion that’s brought every day and the dedication that Innovative Results coaches show to our clients!”. Innovative Results’ mission is: “Improve quality of life through diligent change and growth, dedication to the basics, and service to our community.” Former owner Aaron Guyett built a solid coaching team that is enthusiastic and genuine about making an impact on each and every person that walks through Innovative Results’ doors. Numerous client reviews on social media attest to incredible transformations in physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Each Innovative Results trainer truly embodies the coveted title emblazoned on the back of their black and gray shirts: coach. Aubrie Pohl and Dane Fernandez are two coaches who are there for clients at any point in their journey towards wellness, whether it be providing a modification or giving encouragement during a workout, or answering nutrition questions outside of the gym.

Carman is eager for what lies ahead. “My current vision for Innovative Results is to keep it moving in the same direction it has been over the years. I don’t have any visions of making drastic changes.” Carman elaborates: “It’s why I’m so excited for this opportunity. The current culture is so freaking fun, why change it? The only thing I really want to do, is take everything that Innovative Results is and make it more. More opportunities for our coaches to learn/grow, more tools for our clients to reach their goals, more more more! I hope through our commitment to bettering the lives of our clients, we can reach more and more of those in our community to do the same.”

4 Workouts That Will Keep You Going All Year

February 13, 2017 by Jessica 2 Comments

Article By: Paige Johnson, Learnfit.org

In exercise, a lot of people tend to develop the habit of sticking to what works for them. However as with anything, all things change —including your body and what it needs to thrive. If you allow your muscles to become accustomed to your workout routine with little to no variety, you will begin to see little to no results. Little to no results will in turn lead to frustration and inactivity, which is never the goal! This year take the time to add variety to your existing fitness regimen and watch as your body changes along with you!

Join a jogging clubincrease focus, increase speed, eliminate meds, lose weight, gain muscle, get fast, Innovative Results, training

The benefits of jogging are tremendous and one of the best ways to yield results in your overall health and wellbeing. Jogging improves your cardiovascular fitness, strengthens your bones and it aids in maintaining a healthy weight. If you are new to jogging or just trying to find ways to spruce up your routine, joining a joggers group may be just the right step for you! You may find a runners club sponsored by your local sports store or you can form one in your own neighborhood! The primary foundation of a running group is to meet one or two times a week and run a select distance as a group. The encouragement and team response you will receive from participating in such a group will prove to be beneficial to your general mood as well as your health. The accountability that comes with running in a group also will assist you in maximizing your fitness efforts to attain better results!

Try a spin class

Spinning, a specific format of indoor cycling, is a exercise routine that has quickly made its way around the world. As you ride on a stationary cycling bike under the supervision of a certified spinning instructor, your heart rate will shoot up which in return allows you to sweat, burn a sustainable amount of calories and improve your lower body strength. Most spin classes typically last an hour or less and can be taken at your local gym or fitness facility. Classes are uptempo and accompanied with loud, adrenaline pumping music. Be sure to bring a towel for sweat and plenty of water! Consider bringing a friend to enjoy the new experience with you!

Practice yoga

Yoga is not your typical heart racing type of exercise, however if done properly the benefits practicing are amazing. The practice of yoga originated in India and has widespread across the globe as a phenomenal way to improve your mental and physical health and wellness. Physical benefits of yoga include increased core strength, increased flexibility and weight reduction. The mental benefits of yoga sharpens your concentration, helps you de-stress and also increases body awareness.

Start using weights

Jennifer Lifting with Kettlebell

The use of weights, also known as strength training is a wildly successful way to add more value to your fitness efforts. The use of weights create a compound called resistance, which can be explained as using your muscles to work against the extra pounds. Weight training helps you burn calories more efficiently than traditional exercise and it also reduces body fat. The best way to become introduced to strength training is by acquiring a personal trainer to allow yourself to see maximum results and avoid potential injuries. It doesn’t hurt to get some equipment for your home either.

Incorporating one or more of these exercises into your routine will be more than enough to keep your fitness goals on track throughout the year. Adding variety is the best way to ensure that you are getting the most out of your efforts, and it will keep you from inactivity due to boredom. Keep your routine fun and fresh by stepping outside of your workout habits and begin to enjoy the fittest, healthiest version of yourself!

If you are ready to start a new training program, whether it be running, strength training, yoga or all of the above – Go ahead and fill out the form below and one of our Innovative Results Personal Trainers will contact you to discuss your training goals!

VersaClimber Benefits for Your Fitness Training Program

May 6, 2016 by IR Staff 1 Comment

By Mark Elmasry

Mark and his sidekick, Mugsy
Mark and his sidekick, Mugsy

The VersaClimber is a great tool to use in a plethora of exercise programs, and there are many VersaClimber Benefits.

Most high level athletic training facilities are equipped with them, Innovative Results fitness gym has it for all of their athletes.

All fitness gyms and athlete training facilities should incorporate them in their training programs.

We incorporate it into our training program at Innovative Results fitness gym because it is a safe regression for any hard impact movements, it is an excellent strength building tool, it is an awesome recovery tool, and it can be used to train all three energy systems.

The first of the VersaClimber Benefits and the reason it is an excellent implement to your fitness training program because it is a safe warm up tool that will always be time efficient and effective.

Alli VersaClimberThe basic movement of the Versaclimber is a very natural contra-lateral pattern (an elaborate way of saying the opposing limbs–Right arm with left leg, and left arm with right leg–move together, like when walking, running, or swimming).

It requires a complex pattern of coordinated movements that we all practice as babies by simply crawling.

When you master that at a young age, we are never too old to keep practicing that rudimentary movement.

Moving opposing limbs like that is so beneficial for your nervous system.

This teaches both sides of your brain spatial awareness and basic neuromuscular grooving.

When you move repetitively like this in a low impact environment, quick or slow, you are training your lower body to keep up with your upper body and vice versa.

It becomes a pattern that you subconsciously remember; your “muscle memory” takes over, and is an athletic drill that can benefit every sport and activity.

Training with the Versa Climber has a variety of uses, specifically focusing on any of the three energy systems.

The Versaclimber can hit all three energy systems.versaclimber trip

It can be used in short, explosive bursts to deplete the phosphor-creatine system; which maxes out at about 8-12 seconds depending on the muscle fiber make-up and the level of conditioning of the subject.

The next energy system is the fast glycolysis system, or the lactic threshold.

Versa climber sprints from 15 seconds to up to 1:45 sec or 2 minutes are going to push the lactic capacity of your muscles ability to do work with making lactic acid as a byproduct.

Energy Systems The more you train that energy system the more potential your muscles have to do work without making acid as a byproduct.

You can train your lactic (fast glycolysis) system to be very efficient and keep your muscles working for a good amount of time as well as recharge for more work within a brief recovery period as well.

Last of the energy systems is our oxidative energy system which has an infinite amount of energy because it is the process of our lungs oxygenating our blood.

That process only stops when we stop breathing and our heart stops beating.

However, we can always train this energy system to be more efficient and the versaclimber is an awesome way to do so while cruising at a submaximal heart rate with very low impact force on our joints.

In summary, the Versaclimber is a great way to train both hemispheres of our brain coordinating this simple elementary pattern.

It is also one of the best ways to train our creatine energy system, our lactic energy system, and our oxidative energy system.

VersaClimber 3This is a must have for your fitness training gym, athletic training facility, and personal training program.

Check them out at http://versaclimber.com/ or come by Innovative Results–The Orange County Fitness Playground and use our three VersaClimbers and our two VersaPulleys.

19 Ways to Get Motivated to Exercise

April 6, 2016 by ptpt Leave a Comment

AlexCMaintaining a regular exercise routine can be challenging, even though we KNOW fitness and exercise is great for us!

So how can YOU stay motivated to keep up with your fitness training, or even get started with a new fitness training program when you just ‘don’t feel like it’?

Dumb Little Man’s Claire Jones has 19 Ways to Get Motivated to Exercise just for you!

1. Tell a Friend when you plan to work out and what activity you’ll be doing – an accountability partner is a great asset!
2. Create a Playlist that lifts your mood and gets you moving
3. Put on your sports gear and head out the door immediately
4. Arrange a workout with a friend – again accountability will be a huge asset for your success!
5. Make it FUN – do what you enjoy.
6. Incorporate little bursts of activity into your day – You don’t have to be at the gym for it to count as exercise!
7. Plan how far you want to run, swim or walk, and then halve it.
8. Buy gear that makes you look and feel good.
9. Work out in the morning, whenever you can.
10. Join a Sports Group – meet new people that enjoy the same activities as you!
11. Find an activity that’s on your way home from work.
12. Keep picturing the most sporty version of you.
13. Go for ten minutes only – once you get going, odds are you will continue beyond your 10 minutes!
14. Go to the gym when your favorite TV show is on – now you have no excuse. 🙂
15. Give yourself a reward after you’ve worked out.
16. Remember that action creates motivation.
17. Set up a 30-day Challenge.
18. Don’t focus on the whole workout.
19. Write down the excuses you have for not working out.

For a breakdown of each motivation tip you can read the Full Article on Dumb Little Man HERE

As I sit here typing this, I have a date with a trail that I am supposed to be running.

So remembering that action creates motivation, I will finalize this article, and run on the trail for ten minutes only…which I am sure will turn into more, but right now I am thinking of all the things I need to do today.

My reward will be that satisfying feeling you have when you have accomplished something awesome!

Which is how I feel after every fitness training session at Innovative Results – The Orange County Fitness Playground, so I am sure that this will be no different.

Not focusing on the full workout, just doing ten minutes, using action to create motivation, and feeling that huge sense of achievement when I am done is what will get me motivated to exercise for this particular exercise in my fitness training program.

Make Your Next One, Your Best One!

–Achy joints and tired muscles.
-A lack of motivation and desire.
-Sitting down for more hours than standing.
-Feeling like you are capable of so much more.

These are all characteristics of a less-than optimal health.

Our physical state of health can affect every aspect of our life.

Human bodies are incredible.

Do you ever think about how much your body loves you?

Your body is always adapting and accommodating to the situation at hand.
Constantly healing.

Constantly trying to make your life easier for you.

It will get strong if you start strength training.

It will continue to breathe when you don’t even think about breathing!

However, our bodies will only work at their optimal level if we do our part to keep them in the healthiest condition that we can.

There are many ways of improving your physical health, so we can make great steps towards an improved quality of life!

Here are the 6 Keys to Improving Your Physical Health:

1. Movementvictoria anthony collage

We are born to move.

Our bodies love movement.
Without it, our joints ache, our bodies inflame, and we experience pain and weakness.

With every push, pull, reach, stretch, twist, jump, lift, and dance our bodies reciprocate and strengthen, lengthen, expand, open, and grow towards their greatest potential.

Most of our modern day jobs require us to sit for hours at a time, performing robotic motions and allowing our bodies to be stagnant. But they yearn for the freeing sensation of muscles contracting and expanding, of giving and receiving.

Encourage yourself to move on a regular basis, freely and openly, in whatever way feels best.

Even if that means circling your shoulders in line at the grocery store.
Stretching your legs while watching TV.
Twisting your spine as you lay in bed.
Moving your body is always an option.
Feeling better is ALWAYS an option.

2. Nutrient rich, Unprocessed, Living Foods.binderlayingopen_550x634

Your body takes the food you eat and breaks down the food into the macronutrients and micronutrients you need, then reassembles those into your cells to provide you with the energy that allows you to thrive and grow towards your optimal being.

However, your body is only as efficient as the material it has to work with.

The quality of food you send into your body can have a powerful effect on your mental clarity, your ability to perform, and your overall function.

The “Standard American Diet”, also known as SAD…. is sad!

Highly processed foods and a portion distortion leave our bodies critically short of nutrients our bodies crave.
Everybody is different, but we all have an intuitive wisdom that allows the fibers of our being to send us signals of true wellness.
Notice the way your body and energy levels respond after eating certain foods.

So what should you eat?

Eat foods with no labels.
More nutrient dense fruits, vegetables, lean meats.
Less sugary, carbohydrate dense processed foods.
Shop only around the perimeter of the grocery store.
Eat without distractions and notice how foods make you feel.
If you see a food that is not something your great-grandparents ate when they were young, disregard it.
Drink water all day, every day.

After all, a healthy outside starts from the inside.

3. Sunshinesun

A little sunshine every day can boost your mood and serotonin levels, our happy hormone.

If we allow our bodies to absorb a healthy amount of Vitamin D through the sun, we can prevent illnesses that occur from Vitamin D deficiency.

The sun also warms our muscles to reduce inflammation and stiffness.
a small 15 minute walk through the sunshine can do wonders for your body and mind!

Your body will tell you when you’ve had enough sun, turning a shade of pink or feeling warm to the touch.

So go outside for a healthy amount of sun and feel healthier!

4. Sleep

Our hasty, task-filling lifestyle has the ability to distract us from getting enough sleep.
We get caught up in our busy lives, and sacrifice sleep to get more things done.

Our body revitalizes itself during sleep.
Sleep is as vital to sustaining a healthy, energetic life as eating, drinking, and breathing!

Allow your body a restful night and experience yourself feeling attentive, refreshed, and more prepared to challenge your day, so you can live your full potential.

Even a short nap during the day can reinvigorate your system to take on the rest of the day!

Develop an intimate relationship with your body to discover the amount of sleep that you need, and feel your energy increase!

5. Less Chemicals

Living a life with less chemical additives can have a profound effect on your well-being.

Hand soap, shampoos, perfumes, make up, lotions, deodorants, air fresheners, and many other products can potentially contain dangerous chemicals that can disrupt your body’s functions.

As you educate yourself about what products your body is absorbing, you will be able to make conscious decisions on how to lessen the amount of toxins you take in and discover better-for-you options.

6. Positive Actions

Instilling our actions in forward momentum will allow us to continue on a path of self-transformation and success to make our lives more meaningful and satisfying.

By taking the right steps in the right direction, positive actions become intentional activities that manifest more motivation, happiness, and improved life conditions.

Mindfully build good habits, pursue goals, endeavor to live the life you have imagined and you can confidently move in the direction of your highest potential!

In fact, a change of behavior can alter how we think and feel.

Even our poses and demeanor have the potential to change the chemical make-up of our bodies.
Smile and you will feel happier!

Stand tall with your chest out and you will assert confidence!

At any moment, you have the power to construct your decisions and actions towards an improved quality of life.
